We first saw this look on Selena when she graced the cover of the December issue of Glamour magazine, debuting some of her sexiest looks yet. The combination of the velvet and leather give this form-fitting gown a glamorous look that has a dramatic touch to it. Selena’s red pout and loosely tousled curls tone down the frock giving it a softer, pretty vibe. Her dramatic eye makeup and black nail polish pulled the look together to create a romantic yet gothic vibe — and she totally rocked it!
On the other hand, during the X-Factor finale episode that aired on Dec. 20, Britney tried to simmer down the darkness of the gown by opting for a sweetly swept-back updo and minimal makeup. The dress really complimented Britney’s body in a way that elongated her frame and accented her bust. Lately the star has been dressing better than ever, and she continued her stellar run for the finale.
