Selena Gomez’s Stalker Arrested For Second Time in A Week!

A man who has been arrested twice in a week at the home of Selena Gomez has been charged with felony stalking.

Che Cruz was arrested Friday after jumping Selena’s fence at her Calabasas home. He was arrested and taken to jail, and this all happened just hours after he was released from jail for doing the exact same thing less than a week earlier.

Cruz was busted on March 31 after actually entering Selena’s home. He pled no contest to the misdemeanor of unlawfully entering a dwelling and was sentenced to 45 days in jail. Problem is — he was released less than 2 days later and made a beeline for Selena’s home.

This time he’s been charged with felony stalking and violating a criminal order of protection. If the felony charge sticks, maybe he’ll be behind bars for a longer period of time. But if it’s knocked down to a misdemeanor, jail will probably be another revolving door.

He admitted to trespassing in court on Wednesday 2 April and was been sentenced to 45 days in prison but was released two days later.

Despite being ordered to stay away, sheriff’s deputies re-arrested Cruz hours after his release, at Gomez’s home in Calabasas, California.

But He pleaded not guilty to the charges and bail was set at $160,000 (£96,000).

He is due back in court on 17 April and if he is found guilty, he could face up to four years in prison.

Gomez rose to fame as the star of the TV series Wizards of Waverly Place and has since gone on to feature in a number of films including Spring Breakers, alongside James Franco.

Her most recent album, Stars Dance, reached number one in the US, Canada and Mexico.

I am so glad they caught that guy that kept showing up at your house. hopefully they will keep him lock up for a very long time like some years.
and get him some kind of help while he serves his time in jail. Because, from the picture he looks like a homeless person with some serious issues.
Going forward you are to get a 10 foot gate around your house to where no one can just walk up to your front door.
Take care and be safe
Much love!
